I, Kiran R. Ambardekar, thank you for visiting my website and welcome you to the Privacy Policy section in it. Many find this part of a website unwelcoming and intimidating. I can admit I did too until a friend who also happens to be a lawyer explained that the absence of it would lead to uncertainty, confusion and finger pointing, which make things far more unwelcoming and intimidating. In that light, I request you to view the contents of this section to seek clarity and definitiveness on the various aspects of our interaction, and to consider the legal language – as tedious as it may seem – to be serving the interest of both parties, yours and mine.
